One-to-one Coaching

I offer one-to-one business and executive coaching.  Coaching sessions can be face-to-face, online (eg via Skype/Zoom) or by telephone, or any mix of these to suit your needs.

You’ll be able to access support by telephone and email between sessions, if you need it. 

The topic of the coaching is flexible, based on your needs, but might include, for example:

  • increasing your confidence to take the next step
  • being resilient through change
  • developing as a new manager/leader
  • getting more from your current role

Coaching is bespoke, so it will be tailored to your needs.  Contact me for an initial chat to see if coaching might be right for you (free, no obligation).  A typical programme of coaching would include around 4-6 sessions.

Walk and Talk – Active Coaching

Did you know going for a walk can improve your creative thinking?  Plus being outside is good for you – you get the benefits of natural light and vitamin D, and being close to nature can reduce stress. If you’re looking to fit more movement into your day, why not have a more active coaching session?

You get the benefits of a standard coaching session, but you choose a place to walk as we talk, and you can set the pace!  You choose to stop and sit whenever you wish!
