Chi Ball yoga pose

Save our ChiBall class

Today I heard that my gym are dropping a class I’ve been going to for 10 years. It’s called ‘Chi Ball’ . Chi Ball is a gentle blend of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais Method and Deep Relaxation and Meditation. It’s gentle, but actually all the more effective for being so.
